Refund Policy

30-day risk-free trial

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll refund you in full.

Eligibility

Items must be returned with all original parts and accessories. Products damaged through misuse are not eligible.

To start a return, contact support@kovven.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order.
